Naples Vanderbilt Beach
11118 Gulfshore Drive, Unit 503
As you watch the sun reflecting off the Gulf of Mexico, and you listen to the gentle surf, you'll be amazed at a view that one usually only dreams about! Every day you should, plan your day around sunsets, and just wait to see which type you'll experience, as the sun sinks into the Gulf. And with some luck you may even see the famous "Green Flash". As one of the newest condo's on Vanderbilt Beach our building enjoys excellent construction, which gives you, a quiet building and a great nights sleep.
This premier property is located within feet of the the Vanderbilt Inn, the most respected, casual, 'on the beach' dining for the last 25 years. Only a few hundred yards to the south you'll find world-class hotels including, the La PLaya and the Ritz Carlton. We're also bounded by two famous beaches to the north, the Delnor-Wiggins Pass (State Park), as well as the Clam Pass Park to the south.
Vanderbilt Landings is a gated community which also includes a secured lobby. We have a private beach access, and are only 75 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. Our heated, 60-foot swimming pool(large) is near the back bay. You can see the dolphins and manatees from the pool, or the grass hut (with picnic tables)which is great for an afternoon barbecue while you watch the boats go by.
This apartment offers 1,600 square feet of living space, including two bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms, and a large screened-in lanai. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (which also looks over the gulf of mexico), a walk-in closet, and a double sink.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a full bathroom. The condo also offers a full washer and dryer, and a completely filled kitchen which is perfect for even the most talented chef.
The building was built 1991; but I redecorated/refurnished it in 2002 -- which was the first year this apartment has ever been rented. There is new top quality, carpeting in the bedrooms, and a new king-size (pillow-top) bed and bedding. Amenities include a new, large TV, a CD stereo, linens, and miscellaneous beach chairs and towels
The unit was professionally designed with premier furniture and colors.
All you have to do is show up and enjoy this great city and the beach. I think I have included most everything you'll need.
Naples enjoys very temperate weather year-round, with winter temperatures consistently five degrees higher than in central Florida -- and often ten degrees higher than in northern Florida. Temperatures average in the 70's and low 80's in the winter months. The summer season, at this most highly sought-after international vacation destination, has equally desirable weather with highs in the 80's to low 90's, and is cooled by gentle Gulf breezes.
This is my second home, and I plan to keep it in the same quality and condition. Many other homes that you may look at do not have the views that are advertised, and are filled with K-Mart-quality furniture. Most are managed by agencies who are not on-site, to help when somthing goes wrong. Barbara and Ira (managers)live right next door, to help when its needed. I have reduced the rent by 25%, compared to other apartments in our building, even though our unit is in the best shape of all of them.
It costs a little more to live on the beach, but once you have had the experience, you'll understand why everybody wants the beach environment. It's unbelieveable!
